Mr. Nozar has over 15 years of experience in real estate consulting and development with a focus on urban multifamily and mixed-use projects. Mr. Nozar has managed the entitlement, deisgn and development of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects throughout the Washington, DC metro area. His focus has been on transit-oriented mixed-use redevelopments, where he has been extensively involved in the acquisition, design and overall vision of many of the firm’s projects. Prior to joining the JBG Companies in 2006, Mr. Nozar worked in Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Advisory Services Group and at RCLCo, a real estate market consulting firm. Mr. Nozar’s professional associations include the Urban Land Institute and District of Columbia Building Industry Association. He is also on the Board of Trustees for the Studio Theatre in Washington, DC. B.S. in Building Construction and Certificate in City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
